A Note on Participation & Payment
At Monarch Springs, accompaniment is offered as sacred work—unhurried, attentive, and grounded in presence. Because this work involves dedicated time, preparation, and care, we offer clear guidance around participation while remaining committed to discernment, accessibility, and integrity.
Money is not the point of formation—but clarity around it helps preserve trust,
sustainability, and mutual respect.
Suggested Participation Rates
One-on-One Sessions
(Spiritual Companioning · Conversational Prayer · Pastoral Counseling · Dream & Life Coaching)
• Suggested rate: $80 per session
• Session length: 60 minutes
Extended Sessions / Intensives
• Suggested rate: $100
Groups, Workshops & Retreats
• Rates vary and are discerned through conversation, based on topic, length, and commitment
We recognize that seasons differ and resources vary. If the suggested rate presents a barrier, we welcome an open conversation. Discernment around participation is part of the relational posture of this work.
No one is excluded for lack of means. No one is pressured to give beyond capacity.
Payment details are discussed only after an initial conversation, ensuring that next steps are aligned, appropriate, and held with care.
